Cervus Equipment Corporation

On October 22, 2009, Cervus LP was restructured and converted into a high-yield, dividend paying corporation named Cervus Equipment Corporation. Pursuant to the conversion:

  • Canadian taxable shareholders should benefit from lower income taxes offered by dividends paid by Cervus Equpiment Corporation compared to taxes previously paid on Cervus LP's distributions.
  • Cervus will continue to operate its existing businesses.
  • Cervus LP Unitholders received three (3) shares of Cervus Equipment Corporation for each two (2) Cervus LP Units held as at the Effective Date.
